Strategic Initiatives

Ten proposed initiatives in three tiers: two Year-One proof points, a sequenced and condition-gated second tier, and conditional long-term concepts. The architecture is deliberately narrow at the front — a maximum of three funded initiatives plus a conditional roadmap — and everything behind the first tier is a menu for study, not a program of commitments.

The two proof points proposed for the first year. Each is demand-gated before spend, physician- and SME-anchored, and carries published discontinuation criteria. Neither is funded.

Jordan Business Gateway USA

A U.S.-domiciled market-entry platform that walks Jordanian SMEs through the ten-to-fifteen sequential barriers of exporting to the United States, end to end.

A non-clinical health-economy bridge — health business services exported from Jordan, plus a pharma and medtech trade and regulatory desk — built on verified assets and explicit regulatory red lines.

Conditional, long-term concepts presented as concepts only. A pooled investment fund is explicitly not a first move; it exists behind five gates that would have to be satisfied in sequence. Jordan has never issued a diaspora-targeted bond (verified by search of CBJ/ministry instruments). A full trade-office model sits in the same conditional category.

Every card carries three chips: tier (sequencing), phase (proposed window), and status. The status is the same for all ten — concept, not funded. Nothing on this page is approved, authorized, or funded. No initiative has staff, a budget, or a launch date; the scenario figures that appear on the Economic Impact page are illustrative and labeled as such. The sequence in which any of this would happen — validation before pilot, pilot before expansion — is on the Roadmap page, and the governance that would hold it accountable is on the Governance page.
